Introduction:
ZXKC-VI2 arm mechanical performance tester is based on the design blueprint of "High Voltage AC Circuit Breaker" GB1984-2003, referring to the "General Technical Conditions of High Voltage Test Equipment" Part 3 of the Power Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China, and DL/T846.3-2004 is the design basis. It provides convenience for dynamic analysis of various circuit breakers, and can accurately measure the mechanical dynamic characteristics parameters of high-voltage circuit breakers such as low oil, heavy oil, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride of various voltage levels. High-voltage circuit breakers are responsible for the dual tasks of control and protection in the power system, and their performance is directly related to the safe operation of the power system. Mechanical characteristic parameters are one of the important parameters for judging the performance of circuit breakers.
Features:
1.Suitable for SF6 switches, GIS combined appliances, vacuum switches, oil switches, vacuum contactors, special circuit breakers (train circuit breakers) produced at home and abroad. At the same time, 12 metal contact fractures, 6 main fractures and 6 auxiliary fractures can be measured. The circuit breaker operates once to obtain time, bounce times, time, speed, coil current, coil resistance and other data and waveforms. It has functions such as energy storage, automatic and manual low jump test, circuit breaker life test, and (optional locking power supply and dry contact control). It is equipped with a high-speed thermal printer to facilitate on-site printing of test data.

3. The integrated operating power supply in the machine does not require a secondary power supply on site, which is convenient and fast to use. It can provide DC 20~270V adjustable power supply and current 20A. It has a short circuit protection function. If a short circuit occurs, the voltage and current output will be stopped for 1ms, and a Didi alarm sound will be issued, prompting the operator to check the line. Unique dual circuit power supply design, such as one circuit in the closing or opening control circuit is damaged, and the other circuit can also be used to test the closing and opening.
4. Equipped with linear sensors, rotation sensors, and special fixed multi-function connectors, which are extremely convenient and simple to install. The linear sensor has a 30-1000mm length set at any time. You only need to use a sensor. The instrument does not need to return to the factory to change the program.
5. The host can store 100 sets of current test data, and the real-time clock in the machine is convenient for archiving.
6. Equipped with a USB drive interface and R232 interface, the data is saved to the USB drive and uploaded to the computer for analysis, storage and printing.
7. The internal anti-interference circuit can meet the reliable use of 500KV substations.
